Electrical Engineer/Designer/Draftperson

Electrical engineering, design, and drafting as required to obtain construction permit.  

Essential Skills include:

1. General ability to use computers and software suites (commonly used software includes Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Visual Photometric Tool, etc.).  Specific software training provided on-the-job.
2. Ability to work with others respectfully and professionally including co-workers, colleagues (other design professionals, contractors, etc.), Owners/Clients, etc.
3. Self-Motivation.  This job requires a lot of on-the-job training/learning.  We must commonly learn about new products and systems and incorporate them into our designs.  This often manifests as self-study.  
4. Work ethic.  This job requires the ability to face sometimes demanding expectations and the ability to stay focused (even when not directly supervised) and deliver completed projects within specified timeframes and budgets.

All employees currently work in-office; in-office work will be expected until an employee obtains sufficient training and demonstrates sufficient capacity at which point remote work would be considered.
