Program Coordinator

Annual Salary: $71,531.20 - $92,996.80

Position Information:

The Program Coordinator plans and coordinates assigned county programs; and perform related duties as required.


Minimum Qualifications:

Two years of full-time experience in program administration AND a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, public administration, education, natural science, public health, or human services OR an equivalent combination of training and experience.

License Or Certificate

May require a valid driver’s license at the time of appointment and if required, must be maintained for continued employment in this classification.

They are experienced in managing complex processes across multiple systems, adept at tracking and verifying data, and comfortable navigating regulatory requirements and internal procedures. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; thrives in a collaborative environment while also having the ability to work independently; and excels at juggling multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.  

The ideal candidate will also:

- Have exceptional attention to detail for maintaining accurate files, submitting reports, and updating documentation.
- Have strong communication and coordination skills to support internal reviews, site visits, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Have experience developing program manuals or standard operating procedures (SOPs).
