This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. This office location is close to shopping, Historic Folsom, walking trails, offers free parking and is not located behind prison walls.

The Classification and Recruitment Analyst will research, analyze and make recommendations to management on varied and complex classification and pay issues such as, reclassifications, out of class request, training and development assignments, and job fairs. The Classification and Recruitment Analyst will also consult and provide guidance to hiring managers by exploring various hiring methods to meet the Department’s needs while ensuring a fair, equitable, merit-based hiring process is followed.
This is a limited-term position that may be extended or become permanent. This position is being considered at the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) level. To also be considered at the AGPA level, you must apply to JC-475261.
