HR Intern

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new hire onboarding and benefits enrollment.
  • Prepare benefits materials and respond to employee questions.
  • Help manage job postings and screen candidate resumes.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee events.
  • Learn about case handling and HR documentation.
  • Maintain employee data and support compliance tasks.
  • Participate in team meetings, audits, and policy updates.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Efficient in time management 
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Navigates Excel and other Microsoft applications comfortably
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment effectively
