HR Intern
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with new hire onboarding and benefits enrollment.
- Prepare benefits materials and respond to employee questions.
- Help manage job postings and screen candidate resumes.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Support the planning and execution of employee events.
- Learn about case handling and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee data and support compliance tasks.
- Participate in team meetings, audits, and policy updates.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Efficient in time management
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Navigates Excel and other Microsoft applications comfortably
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment effectively
