No Worries Resources

About No Worries Resources:

As the sharing economy revolution continues to build on its foundation, No Worries Resources (NWR) has positioned itself to be a great collaborator within this brave new world. Our mission is to be the bridge that connects the generation gap between the established homeowner and tech-driven traveler. By managing and facilitating the daily business of otherwise offline property owners, we aim to reconnect them, directly or indirectly, to our network of plugged-in travel enthusiasts. Our primary focus is collecting and managing unique, yet underutilized properties in extraordinary locations. In an industry fraught with inefficiency and negativity we aim to bring back customer service and compassion to our owners, guests, and tertiary environment. We are guest and property management, reimagined.

We are a self-funded business and believe everyone can and should be.

Internship Description:

NWR, LLC is looking to hire for an Entrepreneurial Management Intern position.

This will be an internship meets apprenticeship, temporary position at the outset. We expect the project will last ~3-6 months, however, it may lead to a permanent position as we scale up in the coming months. We currently have 2 homes that need to be launched, one in Reno and one in rural CA to the Northwest, with more on the way, particularly in Reno/Tahoe.

Desired Schedule for Intern:

As with all successful small businesses and startups, the hours will not fit into a neatly structured schedule. We will start and end work until the job is completed for that day. We find it's helpful, long term, to introduce an alternative to structured, set-start/set-stop timelines like classroom and traditional "9-5" work schedules.

Pack STEM internships require interns to complete 360 hours during their internship. It is the intern’s responsibility to ensure this requirement is met.
