Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for a Summer Material Science Intern in Reno, NV
In this exciting role, you will
Play a crucial role in supporting the development and testing of new materials used in semiconductor manufacturing, particularly in the areas of metallurgical identification using Electron Dispersive Spectroscopy, X-ray fluorescence, and other solid phase material characterization and microscopy.
You will bring the following skills and knowledge:
- Currently Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Material Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of material properties and testing methodologies.
- Lab knowledge and experience in the area of material science, metallurgy, and solid state physics/ materials analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
