What we offer at Snap-on

  • Start at $21.22/hr and earn up to $22.38/hr, the first 3 to 6 months of employment
  • Work hours Monday through Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm, with some overtime

  • Work independently to check-in, distribute, pack and ship repairs
  • Data entry of repair service orders, 200 to 300 per day

What we require to work at Snap-on

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, organized, production environment
  • Ability to work around solvents, grease, oil, lubricants, solder, cleaning detergents and other items listed on the SDS documentation
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs., lift 3-10 lbs. consistently; team lifting required at 50 lbs.
  • Able to bend, pivot, continuously reach and grasp product
  • Able to be on your feet up to 9 hours per day
  • Able to work 40 hours per week plus overtime
  • Able to successfully pass a drug test
