Private Wealth Intern

Position Description

Title:  Client Associate Intern      

Employment Term: Part-Time

Location:  Boca Raton, FL or Reno, NV (Hybrid Arrangements Considered)

Job Summary:

The Client Associate Intern will support the Wealth Advisory team while working in a client-focused, team-centered environment under the direction of the Senior Director of Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will work directly with all members of Wealth Advisory team to support them in delivering an exceptional customer experience by building relationships and engaging with clients. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional interpersonal skills, is highly motivated, willing to learn, a thoughtful listener, and driven to grow professionally and personally through the internship experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Wealth Advisory team to support our team and clients by helping execute requests, regularly updating information in the CRM, and following up on open items as requested
  • Assist Wealth Advisory team with client communications as required
  • Help Wealth Advisory team with day-to-day client service operations, and ensuring all paperwork and procedures are completed in a compliant manner
  • Aid Wealth Advisory team with onboarding new clients tasks, report generation, and other tasks as assigned 
  • Play an active role in assisting the Wealth Advisory team to support, retain and build meaningful client relationships
  • Actively develop skills in various software programs for investment and financial planning
  • Perform other client service and administrative functions as assigned
    • Results-driven, high-performing individual with excellent attention to detail

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and communication (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to foster relationships across the firm
  • Embraces a ‘no job is too small’ mindset, is a team player, and is willing to contribute wherever needed
  • Interest in a career in wealth management and working with clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint
  • High level of integrity both personally and professionally
