Cashier/Counter (FOH)
Position Description
dough.cheese.sauce (DCS) is looking for Cashiers/Counter Team members to help run front counter service. This role manages the guest experience at the counter, including taking orders, processing payments, reheating slices, expediting food, and handing out orders to customers. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly during busy hours.
Scheduling
Depending on candidate's availability, this could be a full-time (~32 hrs/week) or a part-time position.
- Primarily evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
- Some day shifts (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM) may be available
Candidates with full weekend availability will be preferred.
Pay
- $15/hr base pay
- Tip pool participation averaging $5–$7/hr
Expected earnings: $20–$22/hr total
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders at the counter
- Manage POS transactions
- Reheat slices and prepare orders for pickup
- Expedite orders from the kitchen
- Hand food to guests and ensure order accuracy
- Keep the counter area clean and organized
- Work with the team to keep service moving efficiently

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
