Warehouse Repair Associate
We’re seeking a skilled and detailed-oriented repair associate to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling and repairing a variety of appliances and furniture. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with inventory, warehousing tasks, and the movement of repair merchandise.
Starting Pay: $18.00 HR (Potential for significant income growth)

Key Responsibilities
- Assess the nature of items returned (appliances, electronics, and furniture) and verify claims of defective merchandise
- Diagnose, order parts and repair appliances
- Interface in a friendly and positive manner with vendor representatives and customers on the phone or email.
- Additional duties may include inventory, warehousing, and movement of repair merchandise.
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Power tool knowledge
- Must have good cognitive and decision-making skills.
- Willing to learn and make their own process on how repair will be completed.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
We provide onsite training and one on-one coaching from our support staff. Overtime may be required depending on the workload.
