Cera Sine Cera is a NYC-based perfume oil brand creating intimate, long-lasting scents made for closeness. We sell through pop-ups, markets, select retailers, and online.

We’re looking for a reliable local event sales associate to support upcoming pop-ups and markets. This is a great fit for someone interested in fragrance, beauty, retail, small brands, events, or entrepreneurship.

Role Overview
You’ll help represent Cera Sine Cera at local events, introduce customers to our scents, support product sampling, and help create a warm, thoughtful shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support local pop-up events and markets
  • Introduce customers to Cera Sine Cera scents
  • Help customers sample products and choose scents
  • Support light booth setup, display, and breakdown
  • Process sales through Shopify POS after training
  • Encourage email signups and Instagram follows
  • Help keep the booth organized during the event
  • Provide a simple post-event recap

Ideal Candidate

  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable speaking with customers
  • Interested in fragrance, beauty, gifting, fashion, retail, or small brands
  • Retail, pop-up, boutique, beauty, or sales experience is a plus
  • Available on weekends
  • Detail-oriented and responsible
  • Warm, approachable, and professional

Compensation
This is a paid, event-based role. Compensation will be hourly and based on city and experience. Sales bonus / commission opportunities may be available after a trial event shift.

Interview Process
The first step will be a short interview or onsite shadowing session at a pop-up so we can both see if it feels like a good fit. This will be observational only. If we move forward, future event shifts will be paid.

Important Note
Reliability is very important for this role. Once an event shift is confirmed, we expect the person to honor that commitment except in true emergencies.
