Sales Recruiter
Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma, a newly launched division of Tiger Aesthetics Medical, is on an ambitious growth trajectory — and we're looking for a driven, seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to help us build the team that will define it. As we rapidly scale our sales force across the aesthetics industry, we need a high-performance recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to identify, attract, and close top-tier sales talent. In this fully remote role (U.S.-based), you will own the full recruitment lifecycle — from proactive sourcing and rigorous screening to offer negotiation and hiring manager partnership — with a target of 60+ new hires within your first six months.

This person will have to be comfortable:
- Building a pipeline of candidates
- Assessing candidates and narrowing to a shortlist of candidates
- Manage the organizational component of hiring, including CRM / ATS
- Organize and coordinate interviews, managing schedules of execs and hiring managers
- Consult to hiring managers for hiring plan
- Manage negotiation process for offers
- Close candidates and accelerate hiring, with target goal of ~50-60 hires by the end of the year
- End-to-end candidate recruitment and closure, including scheduling, coordinating, interviewing, and offers
This person will:
- Have experience hiring very specific candidate profiles that will start quickly and be productive fast
- Live in the United States. This role is eligible for remote, but must be located in the United States.
- Have proven experience recruiting rapidly in a start up organization (or similar) that managed end-to-end recruitment
