Retail Assistant Store Manager

We’re hiring a driven Assistant Manager for a busy, high-performing women’s fashion boutique.

You are:
· Sales-driven and naturally connect with customers
· A leader on the floor who sets the pace and example
· Motivated, coachable, and ready to grow into Store Manager

You will:
· Help lead the team to meet or exceed sales goals
· Actively drive sales through relationship selling
· Train, coach, and motivate the team to perform
· Support daily operations and enforce company standards
· Maintain a clean, organized, and visually strong store

Pay: $23–$28/hr + bonuses
Clear path to Store Manager ($75,000+/year potential)

2bella has 7 current locations and growing this year.  We have openings in CA-Sausalito, Laguna Beach, La Jolla, San Francisco and Santa Monica.  NV-Reno and Las Vegas.
