A rewarding career opportunity in a professional, collaborative work environment exists with WBD, Inc. We are seeking an experienced Loan Relationship Manager to support SBA 504 lending,. This role is comparable to commercial portfolio management role in a financial institution and is ideal for a credit professional who can independently manage complex loans from underwriting through pre-closing while serving as a trusted support resource to lender clients, borrowers, and WBD Loan Officer and support teams.
WBD will also consider Senior Credit Analyst candidates who demonstrate strong credit judgment, SBA knowledge, and clear potential to develop into a Loan Relationship Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Underwrite and analyze SBA 504 loan requests
- Prepare comprehensive credit presentations for loan committee review
- Identify and resolve SBA eligibility and credit concerns
- Prepare SBA applications, verifications, and Terms & Conditions
- Support loan closings, including credit assessment, loan modification requests, and project cost reconciliation
- Serve as a technical SBA resource to borrowers, lender clients, and WBD Loan Officers

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in commercial credit analysis, portfolio management, and/or commercial or SBA lending

- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and strong professional communication skills
