Google Ads Analyst Intern

Position Overview:

As a Google Ads Analyst Intern, you will work alongside a small team of experienced ad specialists, gaining invaluable insights and skills to build a solid foundation in Google Advertising, Digital Marketing Analytics, and Data Interpretation.

Digital Advertising Intern Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup, optimization, and management of Google Ads campaigns specifically tailored for multifamily & apartment clients
  • Conduct research on individual apartments and a variety of markets, keywords, and competitors to enhance ad targeting
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve conversions and cost-efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to develop ad copy, display visuals, and effective call-to-action strategies
  • Assist in creating performance reports and presentations for internal and client reviews
  • Learn to work with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics software to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ad strategies that drive high-quality leads for multifamily properties

Digital Marketing Assistant Requirements:

This role brings together creativity, attention to detail, and analysis. Applicants with some statistical experience will do well here. 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field at the University of Nevada
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Preferential Background (Not required): 

  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, digital advertising, and data analytics
  • Familiarity with multifamily or real estate industry is a plus
