Digital Marketing Coordinator
Airware is a HVAC Damper manufacturing/engineering company out of Reno NV. We have a specialty product that we sell around the world. We are looking for someone who can help us take our digital marketing to the next level.
Position Summary
We are looking for a highly capable, self-directed marketing professional to support our growing HVAC equipment businesses with digital marketing, creative content, and brand execution.
This role is part marketing coordinator, part creative designer, and part content producer. The ideal candidate is organized, fast-moving, visually sharp, and comfortable balancing multiple projects across website updates, marketing collateral, video editing, and social media support.
This is a hands-on production role — not just strategy. We need someone who can execute.
Core Responsibilities
Website & Digital Content
- Update and maintain company websites
- Improve website layout, graphics, and user experience
- Create landing pages and product pages
- Optimize website content for SEO
- Coordinate with vendors or developers when needed
- Upload and organize product documents, images, and videos
Marketing & Brand Support
- Create flyers, brochures, trade show materials, and sales collateral
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets
- Assist with LinkedIn posts, campaigns, and company announcements
- Develop graphics for presentations and customer communications
- Help organize marketing assets and templates
Video & Multimedia
- Edit short-form marketing videos and product clips
- Create social media video content
- Add captions, transitions, branding, and music
- Assist with filming product demonstrations or interviews
- Organize and manage photo/video libraries
Content & Communications
- Write or edit marketing copy
- Support email campaigns and newsletters
- Assist with case studies, product launches, and announcements
- Coordinate content calendars and posting schedules
Administrative & Project Support
- Manage multiple active marketing projects simultaneously
- Coordinate deadlines with internal teams
- Track project status and maintain organized file systems
- Assist with vendor communication and print orders
Day-to-Day Activities
- Updating website content and graphics
- Designing flyers or customer-facing PDFs
- Editing video clips for LinkedIn or marketing campaigns
- Creating social media graphics and posts
- Coordinating with sales teams for marketing requests
- Preparing trade show or presentation materials
- Organizing marketing assets and product photos
- Reviewing analytics and recommending improvements
- Assisting leadership with branding initiatives
- Managing several small creative projects at once
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with graphic design platforms such as:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Canva
- Figma
- Basic website editing experience:
- WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or similar
- Video editing experience:
- Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Ability to create clean, professional visual content
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
