Marketing Intern

Position Overview
SeaPine is seeking a sharp, creative, organized intern to help support marketing, brand development, content creation, events, and relationship-driven growth initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity for a student or graduate student who wants real experience inside a growing firm and exposure to how brand, content, business development, and client experience all connect.

This role is ideal for someone studying marketing, communications, business, journalism, digital media, design, or a related field, but we are open to any major if the candidate has the right skills and mindset.

What You’ll Help With

  • Assist with LinkedIn content planning and posting
  • Help create short-form video content and simple edits
  • Support development of presentations and speaker materials
  • Organize and help execute seminars, workshops, and events
  • Assist with podcast outreach and content coordination
  • Help maintain brand consistency across materials
  • Support newsletters, written content, and content organization
  • Help with basic CRM, lead tracking, and follow-up systems
  • Assist with branded materials, welcome kits, and marketing assets
  • Help coordinate community, sponsorship, and relationship-based initiatives

Skills We’re Looking For

  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Good judgment and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through
  • Creative eye for brand and presentation quality
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

Software / Technical Skills
Preferred familiarity with:

  • Canva
  • CapCut
  • Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
  • Basic video editing and content formatting
  • Basic project management and file organization tools

Nice to have, but not required:

  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • CRM familiarity
  • Basic website or WordPress knowledge
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
