We are currently recruiting CRT and RRT graduates for hospitals that offer strong mentorship, excellent hands-on experience, and the opportunity to grow quickly as a respiratory therapist.

Many of our partner facilities are Critical Access Hospitals, where respiratory therapists play a vital role in patient care and gain exposure to a wide range of clinical situations including emergency care, inpatient treatment, and ventilator management.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients with respiratory or cardiopulmonary conditions
• Administer oxygen therapy, medications, and breathing treatments
• Operate and monitor ventilators and respiratory equipment
• Assist physicians and nurses with patient respiratory care
• Monitor patient response and adjust treatments as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy or Respiratory Care
• Graduating students welcome to apply
• Eligibility for or current NBRC CRT or RRT certification
• Ability to obtain state licensure if required

International Students

Candidates currently studying in the United States on F-1 status with OPT eligibility may also be considered depending on the facility and position.
