About the Job

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—whether they’re looking for answers, reassurance, or just someone who will truly listen. This is a dynamic role where consistency meets flexibility: you’ll manage routine tasks while handling occasional curveballs with grace and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring smooth technician dispatching.
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, following up as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Must be able to pass a Drug Test (THC Friendly)

Must submit to a Background Check
