Job Title: Before and/or After School Program Supervisor

Location: Doral Academy of Northern Nevada

Position Overview:
Doral Academy is seeking dependable and enthusiastic individuals to join our Before and After School Program team. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for helping keep programs safe and engaging by supervising and assisting Counselors. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working with children and want to help create a fun and supportive environment for both staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and assist staff with scheduled activities and student supervision.

Supervise indoor and outdoor play, ensuring a safe and positive environment.

Create an engaging and welcoming space for children ages 5–13.

Serve as a positive role model for students and staff.

Collaborate with team members to support a positive and inclusive program culture.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Prior experience working with children required.

Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Enthusiasm, reliability, and a passion for working with youth.

Schedule:

Morning shifts available 6:45a-9:15a.

Afternoon shifts available 2:30p-6:15p.
