Sage West Healthcare is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehab team in Lander, Wyoming. This is a great opportunity for new graduates or early-career OTs looking to build strong hospital-based experience in a supportive, close-knit environment.

What You’ll Do

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient hospital setting

Evaluate and re-evaluate patients and adjust plans of care as needed

Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team

Complete documentation accurately and on time

Participate in care conferences and discharge planning

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

Current (or eligible) Wyoming OT license

BLS certification (AHA)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Interest in hospital-based or rural healthcare (experience welcome, not required)
