The Business Taxes Representative will be trained to perform tasks, such as:
- Provide assistance to taxpayers to ensure compliance with tax laws and collect delinquent taxes.
- Review taxpayer account history to determine appropriate action to be taken.
- Perform skip tracing activities.
- Set up payment arrangements.
- Bill, cancel, or adjust amounts due.
- Provide advisory services verbally and in writing in response to inquiries regarding the various tax and fee programs administered by CDTFA.
