Google Ads Analyst Intern (TRU Venture Marketing, Pack Intern, Spring 2026)

We help sales-oriented businesses build their lead pipeline through data-driven ad strategies, innovative campaigns, and highly targeted ad placements. 

 

Internship Description: 

Lease Engine is a specialized apartment marketing service provided by TRU Venture Marketing. We help property management teams reach and convert their ideal residents through data-driven Google Ads strategies, innovative campaigns, and highly targeted ad placements. 

  

As a Google Ads Analyst Intern, you will work alongside an experienced marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in digital advertising, analytics, and campaign optimization. This paid internship offers flexible hours and an opportunity for growth and potential full-time employment. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Complete 150 hours of work as an intern (10-15 hours per week, 15 weeks total) 
  • Assist in setting up, optimizing, and managing Google Ads campaigns for a variety of clients.  
  • Conduct keyword, market, and competitor research to enhance campaign targeting 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve conversion rates and cost-efficiency 
  • Collaborate with the team to create dashboards, client reports, and recommendations.  
  • Learn to use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager 
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign strategy and client engagement 

 

Goals and Expectations of the Intern: 

  • Develop proficiency in campaign setup and performance analysis 
  • Learn the fundamentals of data-driven marketing 
  • Gain exposure to client communication and reporting processes 
  • Demonstrate initiative, accuracy, and creativity in executing campaign tasks 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Must be a degree-seeking undergraduate OR graduate student at the University of Nevada, Reno during the Spring ‘26 semester  
  • Fall ‘25 or earlier graduates are not eligible for the Wolf Pack STEM Internship Program 
  • Coursework in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field 
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads and digital advertising 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager 
  • Interest in multifamily or real estate marketing 
  • Comfort working in a remote or hybrid environment 

 

Desired Schedule for Intern: 

  • Flexible, approximately 12 hours per week during standard business hours. 
  • Work can be completed remotely with optional in-person collaboration at our Reno office 

 

Pack STEM internships require interns to complete 150 hours during their internship. It is the intern’s responsibility to ensure this requirement is met.
