Address Income

About Address Income:

Our Mission

To build the first real estate operating system and portal that empowers both agents and investors to analyze and invest with confidence.

Using advanced analytics once reserved for large institutions, Address Income makes understanding property performance simple, collaborative, and transparent, giving any real estate agent and clients the shared confidence they want.

Our Vision

Make Real Estate Investing Fast, Clear, and Accessible For Agents and Investors

Real-estate investing shouldn’t feel like night school plus a scavenger hunt. Today it takes months, courses, conferences, gurus, and guesswork, when most people just want to make the best investment decision, quickly and with confidence. We aim to deliver that experience.

Develop the Cash Flow Metric Everyone Uses - Address Income®

A household name in real estate analytics is created, along with becoming one of the largest or the largest real estate brokerage in the US.

Close the Loop: Proptech + Fintech, Together

Search, analyze, finance, buy, and manage, without hopping across five apps and a dozen PDFs. We’re blending proptech and fintech into one connected service that shortens the path from curiosity to cash-flow and keeps the numbers honest from offer to ownership.
