Eddy House

About Eddy House:

Eddy House provides the resources for youth to effectively transition from homelessness to long-term independence. Eddy House is more than a shelter; we're a beacon of hope for homeless youth aged 18-24 across Northern Nevada. Our Drop-In Center and Emergency Shelter provide vital resources such as food, shelter, therapy, and life skills and workforce development, all delivered by licensed professionals committed to round-the-clock care. With a focus on individualized case plans, we meet each youth where they are on their journey out of homelessness. As youth attain employment and begin preparing for independence, they can join the Transitional Living Program, which offers highly subsidized studio apartments to 36 individuals for up to 2 years. From outreach to aftercare, our services are comprehensive, offering not only necessities, but also access to life skills training, medical care, and therapy through our staff and network of over 60 community partners.
