Whether it is pre-loved goods, new products, or exchanged services, LetsTrade makes trading social, flexible, and hassle-free. And when a swap is not perfectly even, SplitTrade allows users to add just enough cash to balance the deal.

We are in advanced private beta and are looking for builders who want to shape the future of community-driven commerce.

Role Purpose

The Marketing & Outreach Coordinator will translate LetsTrade’s vision into action, driving awareness and adoption through creative campaigns, partnerships, and community engagement. You will be at the forefront of telling our story, connecting LetsTrade’s innovative features with local businesses, student groups, and early adopter communities.

Compensation and Hours

- $20–25 per hour, depending on experience
- 20–30 hours per week, with potential for growth into full-time as LetsTrade scales

What You’ll Do

- Execute marketing and outreach campaigns across digital and local community channels
- Develop and manage relationships with businesses, media outlets, and community organizations
- Support campaign design, A/B testing, and performance analysis, track KPIs (reach, conversions) and customer acquisition cost, and report results to leadership
- Draft newsletters, press releases, and external communications
- Assist with event promotions, workshops, and local activations

What We’re Looking For

- 2 or more years in marketing, outreach, or partnerships (startup or grassroots experience preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and HubSpot
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple projects
- Bonus: experience in student or community engagement, or in fintech or marketplace platforms
