Learning Development Coordinator
Annual Salary: $78,936.00 - $102,648.00

Position Information:
The Learning Development Coordinator plans, develops and coordinates training and employee development programs for Washoe County in accordance with the County’s strategic plan; promotes organizational learning and employee engagement and development to meet current and future service needs; and performs related work as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Three years of full-time professional experience planning, designing, implementing and facilitating training in support of organization or program development, employee culture and engagement, or compliance and employee performance management systems AND a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business or public administration, communications, organizational development, psychology, liberal arts, human resource management, education, behavioral science, or a closely related field; OR an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
License or Certificate
A valid driver’s license is required at the time of appointment and must be maintained for continued employment in this classification
