Annual Salary: $52,936.00 - $68,827.20

Position Information:  The Equipment Services Worker II performs servicing and minor mechanical repairs on automotive and diesel equipment; and performs related work as required. 

Minimum Qualifications:
Two years of full-time paid experience in performing servicing, preventive maintenance, vehicle and equipment inspection work, and minor mechanical repairs on automotive or diesel equipment or vehicles; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.  

License Or Certificate

• A valid driver’s license is required at the time of appointment and must be maintained for continued employment in this classification.  
• In certain operational areas within Equipment Services, a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements and no restrictions must be obtained within six months of appointment and must be maintained for continued employment in this classification

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Have sufficient experience in performing servicing, preventive maintenance, heavy truck and construction equipment inspection work, and minor mechanical repairs on heavy truck and construction equipment.
• Have a current valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements and no restrictions or the ability to obtain this licensing within 6 months of the time of appointment.
• Effectively manage multiple repair jobs and understand the critical factors required to prioritize this type of workflow.
• Be a team player who works well with others in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and have excellent communication skills.
